Aerial imagery for farm and timber tract documentation in South Carolina

Farm Credit lenders and agricultural appraisers in South Carolina need current aerial imagery for loan origination, annual collateral reviews, and farm appraisal reports on large tracts. We provide georeferenced drone imagery that gives appraisers a dated, ground-level-accurate view of the property: current condition, structure inventory, field boundaries, and timber coverage, before they set foot on site.

A drone flight is faster than coordinating a manned aircraft and produces more current imagery than NAIP satellite data, which runs 1-3 years behind. For a typical farm or timber tract appraisal, we can turn around imagery within 48-72 hours of the scheduled flight.

What we document

• Field boundaries and land use (row crops, pasture, timber, wetland transitions)
• Building and structure inventory with condition overview
• Access points, roads, and water features
• Timber coverage and approximate stand density
• Recent disturbance: clearing, grading, harvest

Deliverables

Georeferenced GeoTIFF orthomosaic with timestamps, geotagged site photos organized by area or structure, and a flight log with date, time, and coordinate coverage. All files compatible with ArcGIS and standard appraisal report formats. Delivered within 48-72 hours.

Cherokee, Greenville, Spartanburg, and Union counties have active agricultural lending activity for farm and timber tracts. We cover all of Upstate SC.
