Weekly BMP inspection plans for active construction sites in Upstate SC. All plans include a drone inspection, organized GPS-tagged photo set, written condition summary, and delivery within 48 hours. Pricing is per site, with acreage adjustments for larger sites.

Acreage pricing

Base pricing covers sites up to 10 acres. Larger sites are adjusted as follows:

A 40-acre site on the Professional plan would start at $595 + $250 = $845/week.

Compliance+ add-on

$299 per month per site. Automatic rain event tracking and inspection scheduling for sites where the 24-hour trigger is the primary compliance risk.

Rain event inspections

Available on-demand for any active NPDES-permitted site, regardless of plan.

• Standard (no active plan): starting at $325 per event
• Compliance+ customers: starting at $225 per event

Rain event inspections are available same-day for sites in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, and Oconee counties. Deliverables within 24 hours of the flight.

Additional inspection triggers

BMP inspections outside the weekly schedule are available at the per-event rate for:

• Qualifying rainfall events (0.5 inches or greater in 24 hours)
• Before a scheduled SCDHEC inspection
• After BMP repair or reinstallation
• Major construction phase changes (clearing complete, grading complete, building start)
• Complaint investigation or sediment release documentation
• Project closeout and final stabilization documentation

Pricing notes

All pricing is per site. Final pricing may be adjusted for travel distance beyond standard service area, restricted airspace requiring additional coordination, or site complexity. Sites over 100 acres or with unusual access requirements are quoted individually.
